Melbourne’s railway operator, Metro, has turned to black comedy in hopes of stopping people from risking their lives at railway stations and level crossings. Metro has added some animation and signed up a Feist sound-alike to make “Dumb Ways to Die.” A cutesy music video made in response to the fact that the Annual Safety Report for 2011-2012 recorded 979 slips, trips and falls by passengers.
